New CFO Bayer Türk
A new appointment has been made for Bayer Türk CFO function. Rudolf Franz Abrams, 53, who lastly worked at Bayer AG as the Head of Biltrolling Europe, has become the new CFO of Bayer Türk, effective 1 July 2008.
July 2008 – Rudolf Franz Abrams,53, has been appointed as Bayer Türk CFO, with
effect from 1 July 2008. Before joining Bayer Türk, Abrams had full responsibility of the
Accounting function in all Bayer’s European legal entities.
Having gained some commercial and banking experience in institutions such as Deutsche Bank AG and Bayer U.K., Abrams joined Bayer AG on 1 January 1987. Here, he started his career in the Finance Department. This was followed by a number of German and international assignments within the Bayer Group.
Mr Abrams, who is also a holder of the International Accounting Certificate, is married and has four children.
