Bayer Management Trainee Program

Bayer Management Trainee Program" aims at the employment of newly graduated young persons having the potential of taking place among the team of managers in the Bayer Turkey Organization in future and the training of such professionals within the framework of this target.

Management Trainees are determined through careful examinations of applications reaching our Bayer Turkey Human Resources Department during the year and especially within the framework of “ Career Days” at universities. Candidates who would like to apply can make their applications to our ‘Management Trainee’ announcement in the month of May each year.

Some of the qualifications to be sought in the candidates are as follows;

“Bayer Management Trainee Program” is comprised of project and rotation sections taking place in a three-month implementation period.
