Training and Development
We are aiming to support the professional and personal development of our employees through
continuous and efficient training programs. Thus, interviews are arranged in cooperation between
department managers and Human Resources following the performance management process each year on
personal development requirements of our employees. Trainings to be organized are planned in this
direction. On the other hand, the trainings may be enriched through personal development programs
in order to prepare our employees for future roles and responsibilities planned within the
framework of career development routes drawn for them.
Trainings may be provided from sources within the Company as well as the external resources
in accordance with the training requirements that may arise.
