1954: BIFA "Birleşik Alman İlaç Fabrikaları" founded as a joint-venture among Schering, Knoll, Merck and Bayer

1962: "Bayer Tarım İlaçları Sanayi Ltd. Şti" was founded

1965: Bayer Türk Kimya Sanayi Ltd. Şti. was founded

1966: "Kimyanil Kimya Tic. Ltd. Şti." was founded and Gebze Plant started operating

1989: Both "Bayer Tarım" and "Kimyanil" joined Bayer Türk

1993: BIFA was acquired by Bayer AG

2002: Bayer Türk moved to its new headquarters

2003: Successful integration of Bayer CropScience and Aventis CropScience

2007: Integration of Schering Alman successfully completed. BİFA as a legal entity merged into Bayer Türk
