BioScience

BioScience Department displays activity on canola, rice and cotton seed in seed market. Because of conditions of the country, there is only cotton seed in Türkiye and certified cotton seed is produced and marketted. The produced seeds are for the purpose of domestic market and export.

BioScience Department presents different varieties have high adaptation ability, high fiber quality and high rate of fiber yield. There are varieties appropriate for machine harvesting. It provides certified cotton seed which is less used in Türkiye in comparison with the other cotton seed producing countries to the private and public institutions and ginnig and textile plants.
